The pizzeria on wheels
Saverio Minichini is a pizzaiolo from Naples. In 2014 he mounted a wood-fired oven on a truck and started out on his own. Since then he has cooked at parties, weddings, corporate events and festivals across Tuscany.

Our events
The truck pulls up, the oven gets going and everyone eats on the spot. It works in a backyard as well as in a town square.

What we bring to your event
Three ways to eat together, and you can have all three. We work out the running order with you, based on how many people are coming and how the evening is set up.

Stuffed schiacciata buffet
Schiacciata, a Tuscan flatbread, baked in the wood oven, then split open, filled, cut into pieces and lined up along the counter. People eat standing, so you do not need seating for everyone.

All-you-can-eat pizza
Pizzas come round to the tables one batch after another, all evening long. This is the one for long tables and big guest lists.

Dessert: pizza and schiacciata with Nutella
To finish, the same pizzas and the same schiacciata, but sweet, with Nutella. They come out of the oven warm.
